Laxative herbs: before taking drugs, let's try to fight constipation with these natural remedies without side effects.

Constipation is a problem that affects many people even if it is often not even taken into consideration. It can happen to anyone from time to time to suffer from it, for example due to the consumption of a given food or perhaps due to an adverse reaction to a drug, but in this case these are occasional episodes that generally resolve themselves.

On the other hand, recurrent constipation can and should lead to more serious problems. In this case, a bowel cleansing program can prove to be an effective solution, but it is always worth seeking medical attention before the situation worsens.

To combat constipation effectively you can resort to natural laxatives; they have no side effects and are simple to prepare.

If we have less than three bowel movements a week, difficulty defecation, too much stool means accumulating waste substances that are dangerous to health. The evacuation should not require too much effort and the stools should be soft.

Difficulty going to the bathroom results in abdominal swelling, discomfort and the inability to lead a normal life.

To be able to evacuate regularly, you need to follow a healthy diet based on fruit, vegetables and legumes and avoid processed, fried or breaded foods. It is also essential to drink at least two liters of water a day and exercise. To help the body excrete waste substances, we can also take advantage of the properties of specific laxative herbs:
